To ensure the health and well being of our clients, team and community we are implementing new routines to your experience to continue to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable environment.

Foremost, as members of your community we want to provide you with the new procedures we have initiated to promote a safe reopening of your salon.
In our commitment to flattening the curve, we have made the following changes to the Cocoon experience.

TOUGH LOVE / HUGS + KISSES +HAND SHAKING WILL HAVE TO BE PUT ON HOLD
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
1. Please wear a face mask at all times. If possible please bring a personal mask with you. We do not want to turn clients away and we will try to provide masks however they will be in limited quantity.
2. Please limit personal items in the salon. Clean clothing, your personal device and preferably cashless form of payment.
3. Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. We are a single client at a time salon however limiting everyone's time in the salon will help to keep it sterile. If you arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment you will be asked to wait outside until we are ready to serve you.
4. Please arrive alone for your appointment. Friends, family, children will not be permitted to wait inside the salon during your appointment.

HEADS UP! BLOW-DRY SERVICES WILL BE LIMITED.
We will shampoo your hair quickly for haircuts and removing color. However, blow-dry services will be restricted to quick blast off's with minimal flat ironing. Minimizing the amount of brush work and concentrated blasts of air will greatly contribute to keeping the salon free of germs spreading. In this period of reopening we have to keep in mind that the more finished, glamorous parts of our services will have to be minimized.
MAKE-UP SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
After much thought we feel we cannot complete this service correct while simultaneously protecting everyone's health. So until further notice will have to put all make-up services on hold.
ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:
1. If you have had symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) we will have to reschedule your service.
2. We will have disinfectant to sterilize your hands and personal device upon arrival.
3. All magazines, pillows and beverages have been removed for the time being. Please keep in mind that outside food or drinks will also not be permitted in the salon.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
1. Haircut and colour clients will be provided a single use cape coupled with a clear disposable cape and single use towel.
2. Cashless payment is strongly preferred. Our credit/debit machine will be sanitized after every use.
3. Products will be handled by staff wearing gloves and placed into sterile bags.
